Science and technology are increasingly more important as an immediate production power, and process of production is irreversibly becoming a science process as well. A learning organization posses more knowledge than the sum of the knowledge of its members - both employees and collaborators. A learning has to be shared and engaged in organization itself and its environment, especially academic institutions.
