For the purpose of achieving a consistent high quality of the products, “Prilep Brewery” keeps the pace in line with the most contemporary world achievements in the technique and technology. In the past 10 years it has continuously invested 20.000.000 EUR in the development of the technology of the existing and new products and the complete supporting infrastructure 

Investment projects in the last decade are:

- 2011 – Beer Filtration & Stabilization Equipment. Cutting edge, modern membrane technology, beer filtration and continuous in-line stabilization. Manufacturers: Pall, GEA Westfalia.

- 2008/2009 – Equipment for processing of the water: filtration, denitrification by the use of reversible osmosis and disinfection of the water by the manufacturer: BERKEFELD

- 2008/2009 – Equipment for storage, maturation and stabilization of beer with complete automatic control and regulation of the production process by the manufacturers ZIEMANN and GEA Tuchenhagen Brewery System.

- 2007 – production line of non-alcoholic beverages (Pepsi Cola) PET packaging with the speed of 10.000 bottles per hour from the manufacturers KRONES and SIG.

- 2006 – Restoring, expanding and complete automation of the section of Beer boiling facility (including an automated supply of raw materials) (ZIEMANN).

- 2005 – Restoring of the production line for pre-packing of beer in glass packing (Filtek, Krones)

- 2004 – Production line for pre-packing of beer in PET packing (Fisher, ICS)

- 2004 – Restoring and reconstruction of a section for production by the use of   steam

- 2003 – Production line for nectars packed in carton packing (purepak) – (ELOPAK)

- 2002 / 2003 – Introducing of a new palette of products – fruit juices – nectars packed in glass bottles (Fisher)

- 2002 – Restoring of the production line for production of non-alcoholic beverages in PET bottles (Kosme, Krones)

- 2002 – central system for water processing (physical, chemical and microbiological) as raw material for the products, as a medium for sanitation and medium for cooling and heating (Berkefeld)

- 2001 – Expanding of the section for fermentation of beer (GEA Tuchenhagen) – 2 phase

- 2000 – Complete restoring of the section for fermentation of beer and propagation of beer yeast (GEA Tuchenhagen) – completely automatically controlled and regulated process of production and sanitation – 1 phase

- 1999 – Central System for production of cooling media (GEA GRASSO) – 2 phase

- 1998 – Central System for production of cooling media for the needs of all production capacities in the company (GEA GRASSO) – 1 phase
